AEROBICS
Aerobics is a fun-filled, energy producing workout and every Monday and Thursday evening, 6-7 p.m. you can join us as we exercise to the glory of God. Aerobic classes include Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Strength Training, and Whole Body Endurance. While we exercise, it is important to eat well too. According to the National Cancer Institute, consuming a combination of five fruits and vegetables per day provides the body with more energy and overall well being. For more information concerning Aerobics, please contact Sis. Lillie McKnight.
